The therapeutic potential of TNF inhibition in stroke models

In 2014, accumulating evidence implicates inflammatory mechanisms in the pathogenesis of cerebral injury induced by stroke. Increasing scientific evidence supports the therapeutic potential of the inhibition of the immune signaling molecule, TNF, in stroke models.
